Successful organizations quickly develop a "culture" that represents the ideas and philosophies of its leadership. The organizational culture is usually reflected in the chosen management style of the principals. At Victory Consulting, our philosophy and management style best represent the ideas and ideals of Noel K. Harper, MBA, President, and founder of the organization. His leadership brings considerable first hand knowledge on effective strategic planning and program implementation in a health care setting. Mr. Harper’s business strategies for the successful operation of a health care organization were first unveiled in 1982 as the co-founder, partner and administrative director of an independent, multi-physician diagnostic radiology clinic. In 1990, he directed a strategic plan to enhance the center’s marketability, by expanding the existing diagnostic center to include outpatient-surgery, oncology, and laboratory services. The center, which holds the distinction of being the first of its kind in the Midwest and one of the first in the United States, also gained international recognition. |
Mr. Harper credits his 'free market' orientation to business and economics studies at Hillsdale College, Hillsdale, Michigan. He is an MBA graduate of Indiana University School of Business, with over a decade of managerial and audit experience in the service sector of larger US Corporations, including some of the nation’s largest insurance companies. Mr. Harper is now directing his focus to providing strategic management solutions to employers who strive to achieve a competitive advantage, by investing in health, well being and productivity programs, in order to optimize their organization's return on investments (ROI) in human capital assets.
